Read a selection of countries or sectors for Mahlkow and Wanner (2021)

Converts a selection to a character vector of codes. A selection is a character vector of codes, or a 0/1 (or logical) indicator, either as a named vector or array or as a data.table with columns `<dimension>` and `value`. `NULL` selects all codes.

normalize_selection_mw_2021(x, universe, name, dimension)

Selection.

universe

Character vector of all codes.

name

Name of the input, for error messages.

dimension

Name of the dimension, for error messages and data.tables.

Value

Character vector of the selected codes, in the order of `universe`.
